I was given a brand-new and well-appointed room just as expected, with a cozy bedroom and an intriguing, old-fashioned bath. The location was perfect, with a beautiful restaurant, the Christmas market, and a market right next door.- The staff were exceptionally attentive.

The hotel well complements excursions in the old city - you live in the scenery of the 14th century! Ancient wooden beams and even some wooden walls, tiny windows, steep staircases... Authenticity has its small downsides: as the floors between the floors are wooden, you will hear the steps of your neighbor from above. I highly recommend visiting the hotel restaurant, which is quite worthy of a Michelin star! The hotel and restaurant have a very friendly Russian speaking staff, especially Anna, who will help solve any problems.
500 euro/night room did not close the door to the bathroom until we left. Generally summarizing the impressions about Tallinn and Estonia, it is sad to confirm the already established opinion about the hostility of the local population towards Russians, their demonstrative unwillingness to speak Russian even if they know it. situation is saved by the fact that about 30% of Russians still live in Estonia and are actively attracted to the tourism sector. when you go outside Old Tallinn, it feels like you are an unwelcome guest. So let's spend our money better in Latvia and Lithuania, where the old days are no less and common people are more friendly!

This hotel for me is like a bright representative of Old Tallinn or its continuation! It's the second time we've stayed there and we haven't even thought about where we're going to live... We had a pleasant surprise in the form of a suite, although we booked a simpler room, it's very nice! . The room had interesting installations of wood, which makes it individual and special. Small areas of antique masonry have also been preserved, but at the same time it is a clever room (lighting is switched on from the remote control and there is a possibility to dim the light). An interesting solution to place the bathtub in a room by simply closing it with a screen. Bed linen and the bed itself - above all praise! And of course, all these beautiful things create a comfortable stay! I would definitely advise you to ask why this hotel name...

A beautiful, old house, comfortable service, silence, good breakfast. The staff was taking care of the visitors seriously, every one of them spoke that good English.
Not, really. Everything was running without any trouble.

I appreciated the well-appointed and brand-new room, and the beautiful view. The excellent location was close to a round low cannon tower.
Not obvious to find.

Where do I even begin? The staff at this place were absolutely mind-blowing! They were so nice and welcoming, giving us all the directions and tips we needed to explore the beautiful old city. And guess what? We got upgraded to a super jaw-dropping suite! It was like walking into a fairytale with its stunning decoration. Each room in this place is unique, and I can't wait to come back and see the rest. And let's talk about the location - it's perfect! Right by the port and in the heart of the old city, it's like being in a dream. Oh, and did I mention the delicious food? The restaurant here is out of this world. The chef must be a genius, because the meal was the best we had in the entire region. Fresh, creative, and full of flavor - I was blown away! The building itself is also incredibly charming, with its architectural beauty. And the staff? So friendly and helpful, always there with a smile to assist us. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and even though the pillows were a bit too soft for our taste, we still had an amazing night's sleep. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxed and friendly, it felt like a home away from home. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough. If you're visiting , you HAVE to stay here. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Historical building give some sharm and location in old town quite usefull for romantic trips.
Rooms ordered through booking with pictures indicated was wrong and stuff asked to pay additionally for the room I supposed ordered. It confused a lot. Also, VISA terminal not accepted card available even all others accepted well. Room looks not clean anough. Receiption area and entrance needs to be more repaired than now.

Fantastic New Year's Experience. Fabulous new year's celebration with live music and champagne toast at midnight. Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the New Year's festivities. Cozy and charming ambiance throughout the hotel.
Room Service Mishap. Room service orders were often mixed up and took longer than expected.

Beautiful location and building.
Would prefer key-card locks, but that's a pretty minor issue!

Beautifully modernised historic buildings in a quiet but central location. Very well-appointed room. Very helpful staff.
Sorry we couldn't try the restaurant - it wasn't open Sunday-Monday when we were there.
